At Charmette, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
